Our handmade jewelry is exclusively for sale in our atelier-store in Wijnjewoude, The Netherlands. Or you can buy the jewelry
online and we deliver the goods at your doorstep. A big black button below the description of the jewelry, tells you that particular
piece of jewelry is available for immediate shipping.

After we receive your notice of purchase, we will send you a digital invoice with details for payment.
As soon as we receive your payment we will send your package on its way. Each piece of jewelry is packaged for you in a beautiful jewelry gift box.
In our atelier we have a (smart) pin device. If you decide to buy the jewelry online, you can choose from the following payment options:
PayPal or by an advanced bank transfer.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it. No problem. Undamaged and unworn jewelry can be returned within 14 days of
receipt without any reason or obligation. The cost of the return package by registered mail (with insured conveyance) is for your own account.
Once we receive your jewelry, we will refund your money.
It is not possible to exchange jewelry, which is created specifically for the customer. This includes jewelry that is remade on request or is
specially tailor-made.
We ship worldwide with DHL Express.
Each item is securely wrapped to ensure safety during transit. In and outside Europe we ship by courier service. Registered and insured,
requiring a signature upon receipt. We always ship registered, with no exception, as it is our, and your, only insurance that you get your package.
Orders are shipped within 2 days of payment. In the Netherlands, you will receive the package within 2 working days.
Within Europe shipping usually takes between 2 working days, depending on the country. Outside Europe shipping takes about 4 days.

For those countries where applicable, the customer is responsible for any import charges.
