This ring looks like a miniature piece of sculpture – a real ‘sculpture to wear’.

Its robust appearance means that it appeals both to women and to men. The photo makes the ring seem bigger than when it is worn on the finger. Jan designed it to fit on the left hand, which means that when it is worn on that hand it really feels very pleasant and fits like a glove. The ring consists for the greater part of silver that has been given a silky-matt (brushed) finish.

On top there is a ‘plaque’ of 14-carat yellow gold measuring 7 x 15mm. The yellow gold has a glossy finish (it shines). On request the gold can also be given a silky-matt (brushed) finish. Another reason why this ring is so pleasant to wear is that it is open at the top. And if – for instance – your fingers swell a little in hot weather, the ring will never pinch.

The ring is size 17.5.
