Beautiful brooch made ​​of cherry wood, all the way enclosed in a rim of brass and a small piece of silver.

Inspiration for this brooch came from the shape of a 80 years old piece of cherry wood which was sitting for a long time on the workbench. On a good day this little piece of old wood was transformed into this very fine cherry brooch. The little dots you see are pieces of green and orange acrylic / perspex.

On the back sits a solid, silver catch with a safety system.These are not the most convenient locks but they are the safest.

The brooch is from point to point 9cm. long. Measured diagonally from point to point, it is more than 3cm. wide.

We like you to know that we use recycled precious metals in our Atelier and the brooches are all made of little scraps and pieces of wood we saved over the years.
