Once upon a time Jan and I went to an exhibition of designers in the tropical greenhouses of the Hortus in Utrecht. So not only the designer’s work was very inspiring but so was the beautiful ambiance. In one of the greenhouses a water basin was located with enormous (tropical) lily leaves floating on the surface of the water. This beautiful scene casted a positive spell on Jan and it inspired him to make this abstract and a symmetrical shape witch resembles strongly lily leaves.

Jan made this beautiful bracelet and also a 2 rings with the shape of the leaves. The sterling silver leaves measure 24mm. by 28mm. The length of the bracelet is 19,5cm.
