Return policy
We do everything in our power to supply you with a perfect product. Despite this, if the jewelry you ordered fails to come up to your expectations, you will receive your money back.(minus shipping coasts). If you like to exchange the jewelry, we will pay for the shippingcoasts involving your newe order. Pleas send an email to info@thejewelrystory.com within 7 days of taking delivery of your order. We will then solve any problem as quickly as possible. If the solution does not meet with your approval, you can return the jewelry to us within 7 days of getting our response and your money will be reimbursed. The shipping costs incurred in returning the jewelry are the responsibility of the customer and any jewelry returned must go by registered post with insurance, otherwise precious metals are not insured. Returned jewelry is accepted only if the product packaging is undamaged and only if the jewelry itself is undamaged and bears no scratches or other signs of having been worn. Within 10 working days of the jewelry being returned in an acceptable state, we will transfer direct to your bank account the amount paid (if you have paid via i-Deal) or will instruct the credit card company to reimburse you the amount paid.
Jewelry made to the customer’s order cannot be returned. The same applies to jewelry modified or made to measure at the customer’s request.
