It’s the ‘not too much’ part I struggle with! Your sage is a beautiful colour. Delicious sauteed in butter then poured over pumpkin ravioli with amaretti – my neighbours speciality! Do you dry your herbs?
Ha, ha Lois, I struggle with the too much part too! Yes it is purple sage, I have the ordinairy green plant too. You are so lucky to have neighbours like that … I use sage the same way over pasta but i could never make pumkin ravioli with amaretti. And no I never have or rather, take the time to dry my herbs …
