I don’t think it will ever stop raining … our garden and yard became sort of a swampy district with many snails, slugs, frogs and mosquitoes. Working in the flower garden is hardly possible,
it is either too cold or too wet … but guess what, yesterday while visiting the Toepfermarket in Oldenburg, Germany we were in luck, the sun was shining and it was even warm!
The whole afternoon we strolled over the market, which had I think much more participants as former years. One of my favourites this year was Chiharu Koda.
Chiraru makes very unusual, beautiful sculptural work. Chiharu Koda was born in Okayama, Japan. She graduated From Okayama Prefectural University. (Ceramics design course, Craft and industrial design department)
Chiharu did many solo and group exhibitions, so far all of them in Japan.
This is a great wall piece from the Insect Series
